Fair, predictable refunds.

Every customer gets a free demo website built around their own business before any payment is requested. There is no charge and no obligation to continue.

• Within 48 hours of payment, before design work has begun — full refund of the amount paid.
• After design work has begun but before the first draft is shared — refund of the amount paid less 25% of the project fee, to cover work already done.
• After the first draft has been shared — the advance is non-refundable, as the design work has been delivered. You may still cancel and no further payment will be due.
• After the website has been delivered or made live — no refund is available.

If we are unable to deliver the service you have paid for, we will refund 100% of the amount you have paid for the undelivered work, without deduction.

• Domain registration and renewal fees, once purchased on your behalf.
• Hosting, third-party subscriptions and Google or WhatsApp account charges.
• Completed add-on services such as Google Business Profile setup or content updates.
• Delays or cancellations caused by content or approvals not being supplied by you.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days through the original payment method via our payment gateway, Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount usually appears in your account within a further 5 to 10 working days.
