We design and build websites and related services — business and one-page websites, WhatsApp booking flows, product catalogues, menus, domain setup, Google Business Profile setup, local SEO and content updates. What is included in your project is whatever is listed in the package you choose and in any written scope we confirm with you before starting.

• Package prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Taxes, where applicable, are charged in addition as required by law.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, 50% of the project fee is payable before work begins and the balance before the website is made live.
• Online payments are collected through Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
• Add-ons, extra pages, extra products and work outside the agreed scope are quoted and charged separately.
• Third-party costs such as domain registration and hosting renewals are separate from our fees and are payable at the provider's rates.

Typical delivery is 3 to 10 working days from the date we receive your complete content, depending on the package. Timelines depend on you supplying text, photographs and approvals; delays in content or feedback move the delivery date accordingly.

Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Revisions cover corrections and reasonable refinements to the agreed design and content. A change of direction, additional sections or a redesign after approval is treated as new work and quoted separately.

• Provide accurate business information, prices and contact details.
• Ensure you own or have permission to use every logo, photograph and text you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.
• Keep your own domain, hosting and WhatsApp Business accounts and credentials secure.
• Use the website lawfully and not for any prohibited or misleading purpose.

You keep ownership of your content. On receipt of full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered website for your business. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, components and know-how, and we may show the finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

We fix genuine faults in our work free of charge for 15 days after your website goes live. Ongoing content updates, new features and technical maintenance are available under an add-on or maintenance plan.

We do not guarantee particular search rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales. We are not liable for outages, data loss or issues caused by third-party providers (domain registrars, hosting, WhatsApp, Google, payment gateways) or by changes you or others make to the website after delivery. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us for the affected service.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Durgapur, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
